Spray Type Pretreatment Equipment:

This equipment utilizes spray nozzles to disperse the pretreatment solution, covering the entire surface area with a fine mist. It offers flexibility in adjusting parameters such as spray pressure, flow rate, and chemical concentration to achieve optimal results for different substrates and coating requirements.

Dip Tank Type Pretreatment Equipment:

Our dip tank type pretreatment equipment immerses the workpieces into a tank filled with pretreatment chemicals. The workpieces are submerged in the solution for a specified duration, allowing for thorough and consistent coating of the surface. It ensures complete coverage of all surfaces, including recessed areas and crevices, resulting in enhanced adhesion and corrosion protection.

The material commonly used for dip tank pretreatment systems is typically corrosion-resistant materials such as stainless steel or polypropylene, (PP). These materials are chosen for their durability, chemical resistance, and ability to withstand the harsh conditions of pretreatment processes involving corrosive chemicals.
