Large Automatic Powder Coating Line with Electrophoresis Treatment and Robot Application

1. The pre-treatment design of this line adopts the spray and submersible processing mode for the characteristics of user workpieces with many grooves. 


2. Since the customer's workpiece is a wheel hub, its use scenario is relatively harsh, so a strong pre-treatment and electrophoresis are designed as a primer before painting to better balance anti-corrosion and the external beauty of the workpiece. 


3. Since the customer's workpiece type is single but has many grooves, in the plan we designed a manipulator spraying instead of manual operation mode. The manipulator adopts Yaskawa products from Japan, which are durable and reliable. 


4. The spray booth uses PP material, which is beneficial to electrostatic rebound and not being adsorbed by the powder booth, improving coating effect. 


5. Since the customer's workpiece is small and can be hung at a single point, the bridge structure of the drying and curing oven is conducive to the oven insulation and the on-site layout of ancillary equipment. 


6. While utilizing the space efficiently and rationally, we fully consider the arrangement of the user's overall upstream and downstream processes so that the process positions of the entire line after the loading and unloading are close to each other to facilitate connection with other processes.
