Challenge:

Jinan Sanxing faced operational challenges with an outdated manual fixed spray line, involving numerous manual transfer processes. Specializing in outdoor lighting products like garden and street lamps, the heavy workload associated with these products led to safety concerns and low output.

Solution:

In December 2019, following an in-depth analysis and collaboration with Sanxing, ZHYAO's adept specialists introduced an innovative solution to revolutionize their operations.

This solution uses a power and free conveyor to automatically transfer workpieces up to 12 meters long and weighing 1.5 tons between processes in a limited space. In order to solve the problem of heavy workpieces being unable to be manually loaded and unloaded, ZHYAO specially designed automatic loading and unloading for users. This equipment is synchronously controlled on the entire line, which not only reduces manual labor intensity, but also improves the operating efficiency of the entire line.

The new spraying line doubled the customer's production capacity, and greatly improved product quality stability. The user's products gained a greater advantage in the market competition in the next two years, so an additional accessory powder coating line was purchased in October 2023.
