Double Production, Same Energy Thrift

Hebei Julite Sorting Technology Co.,Ltd. was established in 2006, which specializes in grain cleaning,seed processing and sets research and development, production, sales and service as a whole. Our company is located in Shijiazhuang High-tech Industrial Development Zone, with an area of nearly 10,000 square meters of research and production base, the annual output is more than 3,000 sets.

Challenge:

Julite faced operational challenges due to an outdated spraying line, characterized by high energy consumption, low output, limited automation, and heightened labor intensity as the company expanded.

Solution:

In collaboration with Julite, ZHYAO's specialists implemented a versatile system in July 2022. Notably, the pre-treatment was redesigned to include shot blasting, seamlessly integrated into the spraying line. This improvement aimed at enhancing automation, reducing the loading/unloading process, and minimizing worker labor intensity.

To address energy efficiency, ZHYAO opted for a power and free conveyor system, tailored to Julite's needs without increasing floor space. The independent workpiece speed control eliminated the need for a larger oven, maintaining the coating line's footprint and energy consumption while doubling production output.

Customer Feedback:

Despite maintaining the same area (70x10m), the line speed doubled from 1 to 2 meters per hour. Remarkably, gas usage increased production without additional costs, showcasing the success of the implemented changes.
