General Process Flow for E-Coating on Metal Surfaces:
① Pre-cleaning — ② Degreasing — ③ Rinsing — ④ Neutralizing — ⑤ Phosphating — ⑥ Rinsing — ⑦ Passivating — ⑧ E-Coating — ⑨ Ultrafiltration Rinse — ⑩ Drying
Equipment Operation Mode:
The entire set of equipment operates fully automatically. It uses imported relays and time relays to control the PLC and touch screen control.
