Features:

1. The workpieces of this line are relatively single and simple in shape, so the spraying scheme adopts the DISK rotating disk spraying method, which has high spraying efficiency.

2. A manual respraying was designed to improve the groove part of the workpiece after the DISK automatic spraying process.

3. The QXG250 conveyor is used for transportation, which can continuously transport the workpieces to each process section at an even speed.

4. The drying part is designed with a low-temperature levelling section and a high-temperature drying section for the workpiece. The low-temperature leveling section adopts a tunnel oven structure, and the high-temperature drying section adopts a bridge drying oven structure, which can better ensure the surface quality of the workpiece. Improved drying and curing efficiency.

5. This equipment uses a set of VOC environmental protection equipment (activated carbon adsorption and desorption method) to effectively ensure the control of waste gas emissions.
